School stress.
Going back to school on my own dime is 10 times more stressful than I thought it would be. Everything feels 20x more intense. I wish it had felt this life or death when it was on my parent’s tab.
There’s a reason for everything though. If I had taken it seriously the first time, there’s a good chance I’d have an English degree, debt, and no job.

As a hypothyroid chick, I deal with monitoring my TSH on a regular basis.. taking medication.. adjusting said medication. And these things usually aren’t too annoying.
But the past week I’ve been having hot/cold flashes like a motherfucker. It’s not awesome. At all. It’s hard to feel sexy when you have pit stains. So clearly I’m drinking sake and watching Glee.

Back from my coffin of sick..
I got sick twice this week, meaning I called out of work TWICE this week. Very nervous about that fact, but they seemed understanding and I don’t call out a lot.
These past two years of working in hospital, the recent return to school aka less sleep probably have something to do with it.
